    1. How do I place my first order?

    Enter your area on the app or website to see your price, then confirm your order. You can also WhatsApp us at +92 311 110 7264 and we'll book it for you manually.

    2. What is the IoT smart device and do I need it?

    Our IoT sensor is a compact device installed in your water tank — overhead or underground — in under 30 minutes. It monitors your water level continuously and sends an alert to you and our dispatch team when it drops below your set threshold. You can then approve a refill with one tap, or set it to dispatch automatically. It's optional, but highly recommended for households that rely on regular tanker deliveries — it means you never run out unexpectedly, and you never have to remember to call.

    3. How long does delivery actually take?

    Standard delivery takes 60–120 minutes from order confirmation. For areas closer to our base (Naval Anchorage, PWD, Pakistan Town) it's typically 60–90 minutes. Rawalpindi areas (Bahria Town, DHA Phase 2) are 90–120 minutes.

    4. Can I schedule a delivery in advance?

    Yes. When placing your order, choose "Schedule" instead of "ASAP" and pick your preferred date and time window. Same-day and next-day scheduling are both available.

    5. Is my data secure?
